Hiking to the End of the World

For our honeymoon, my wife and I hiked along the Camino de Santiago starting in Lisbon, Portugal.  After we arrived in Santiago, Spain four weeks later, we decided to head to the end of the world, Finisterre, Spain.  Until Columbus discovered the new world, Europe considered Finisterre to be the end of the world, and many differenct cultures and civilizations have journeyed here.  Roman soldiers would retire here, because it was where the spiritual me the material.

On our last day of hiking, here is my wife heading into the mist.
